- If you make use of Outlook 2003, you can install the CDO library during the setup procedure of Microsoft Office 2003.
- If you make use of Outlook 2007, you can download the CDO library (version 1.2.1 or higher) from the Microsoft site and install it (after you’ve installed Microsoft Office 2007).
